Wendell August

Wendell August is the oldest and largest forge of its kind, creating handcrafted gift items and collectibles out of aluminum, pewter, bronze and silver. On-site craftsmen skillfully craft plates, bowls, trays and ornaments. Many other unique gift items are offered in their extensive showroom. Wendell August also offers self-guided tours of the forge Monday through Friday.

Slovak Folk Crafts

Slovak Folk Crafts is home to one of the largest animated wood carvings In the United States, handcrafted by Slovakian artisans. Guthrie Theatre

Historic Guthrie Theatre was built in 1926 as a live theatre. They soon placed a large square white plaster screen on the back of the stage and started to run silent films between shows. From there it grew into a movie house. Lovingly restored, the Guthrie is located in the heart of Grove City and is a warm, friendly old-fashioned movie-going experience. The Guthrie shows first-run films and is the home of the Guthrie Theatre Arts Guild, regularly bringing live musicians for lunchtime performances.

Grove City Memorial Park

Beautiful Grove City Memorial Park is located in the heart of the town and has a wide range of assets including woodlands, playing fields (Little League, softball and baseball diamonds), a swimming pool, basketball courts, a picturesque pond and picnic shelters. The park also has the Rotary Memorial Gardens, a war memorial, and is the site of many reunions during the summer. Check the calendar of events for many functions in Memorial Park.
