The county is located on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border, north of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The airport is accessible via Interstate Highway 79 and Interstate Highway 80. The airport is 1/4 mile from Prime Outlets - Grove City and four miles from downtown Grove City. Grove City Airport is classified as a business service airport by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Aviation.
